LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Ghostpost, a Discord-based service for scheduling and publishing content to connected social media accounts. By using Ghostpost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Your accounts and authorization
You must have authority to connect each Discord, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or Facebook account you use with Ghostpost. You authorize Ghostpost to access connected accounts and publish content according to the instructions you provide, subject to the permissions you grant through each platform. You can revoke platform access through the platform's account settings.
2. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of the videos, captions, and other content you provide. You give Ghostpost the limited permission needed to receive, store, process, and transmit that content to the destinations you select. You are responsible for your content, your scheduled times, and confirming that you have the rights to publish the material. Do not use Ghostpost to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
3. Third-party platforms
Ghostpost depends on Discord and the connected social platforms. Their terms, policies, technical limits, and account rules also apply to your use of those services. A platform may reject, delay, modify, or remove a post. Ghostpost cannot guarantee delivery, timing, reach, or availability on a third-party platform.
4. Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including integrations, when needed to operate or improve the service or comply with platform requirements. We may restrict access when an account or use of the service violates these terms or creates a security or legal risk.
5. Disclaimers and liability
Ghostpost is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that a scheduled post will publish at an exact time. To the extent permitted by law, Ghostpost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use after the update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
